Helping Communities Build
Measurement Capacity
Educating Community Providers on the Application of the Results Based Accountability Framework
We were privileged to work with the recipients of the Innovations in Children’s Health & Wellbeing Learning Collaborative grant from the Health Foundation for Western & Central New York. Through this funding opportunity, HFWCNY was looking to support 15 projects that were focused on improving heath outcomes for children impacted by poverty. To help grantees meet their objectives, CCNY developed a QI program that helped build capacity in the implementation of successful programming models utilizing the Results Based Accountability framework. This provided grantees with a clearly defined path to success and ensured that the funding was being maximized and used appropriately.
