Andrea Minor is the Director of Operations and Grants Management for CCNY, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations necessary for the success and growth of CCNY. Andrea collaborates with department directors to develop, maintain, and improve operational plans. She has over 20 years of experience implementing process improvement through Lean Six Sigma, including 10 years of grant management with CCNY.  

As director of grants she is responsible for managing and supporting the grant requirements and implementation. Andrea works directly with Foundations, Government agencies, Program staff, Evaluation teams and subject matter experts to guide the implementation, fiscal and administrative management of grants. Certified in Grants Management, she has managed over $23M in grant funding. She is an active member of the Grants Professional Association of WNY.
